     PROJECT DESCRIPTION
 
     The project is a master-planned community of five affordable condominiums for middle income earners. When completed, the projectwill boast of centralized  amenities and lush landscaping.
 
     Tower 2, a 23 storey building, has a two floors allotted for 68 parking slots and 21 floors for residential purposes. For additional convenience to unit owners, there is one garbage chute available per floor. There are also drying cages for each unit located at the roof deck. The building is designed to provide all units and even hallways with natural lighting and ventilation. This is achieved by designing the buildings with a light well, panoramic windows and high ceilings.
