     The project located at Paranaque City, Philippines is envisionedto be a gated residential community of 11 towers (on a 2.2 hectare Ayala Property) for middle income families. The entire property was master planned  with an Oasis theme of development. The project when completed will have centralized amenities and lush landscaping.
 
     Tower 3 shall have a total of 264 residential units and 33 parkingslots, where the ground floor shall be allocated for parking areas & the next 12 floors for residential purposes. The drying cages for each unit shall be located at the roof deck. The building was designed to provide all units & even hallways with natural lighting and ventilation. This was achieved by designing the building with light wells, panoramic windows and high ceilings.
